How to submit an electronic product via ENnies e-submission:
- Read the How to Enter page thoroughly.
- Fill out the electronic submission form.
- Send your electronic product to entries@ennie-awards.com with the following guidelines:
- If your total attachment size is under 20MB, attach your product to the email directly.
- If your total attachment size exceeds 20MB, or your product requires an .exe file to operate, include a hyperlink in your email which will link directly to the content to be downloaded. Make sure that product for download is immediately visible. Judges should not have to search for the submissions.
- Podcasts and Blogs: You must send a link to your site and specify one “must-hear” episode or one “must-read” article/issue. The judges will select another “must-hear” episode or one “must-read” article/issue that they all listen to/read. Each judge will then select another episode/article/issue.
- Send submission fee via PayPal to funds@ennie-awards.com. E-Submissions will not be forwarded to judges for evaluation until the submission fee is received. Submission fees are as follows:
- 1 Product = $5.
- 2+ Products = $10. (Bundled products must be produced by the same publisher.)

Why does the ENnie Awards charge a submissions fee for e-Submissions?
The ENnie Awards is a volunteer-operated not for profit entity. We rely on the ability to auction and sell product submissions in order to recuperate the cost of our operating expenses. With products submitted via e-submission, the ENnies will not be able to use the products to support the financial aspects of the awards. Thus, the staff has developed a modest submissions fee to off-set the expense. This fee should be comparable, if not less than, the expenses incurred by most e-publishers when burning products to CD and paying six forms of postage.
